1. About These Terms

These Terms govern your use of the websites, apps, and services of Global Virtual Coin ("GVC", "we", "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use them.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and legally able to enter contracts. The services are not available where prohibited by law or to sanctioned persons. You're responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

3. Our Services

GVC provides blockchain-based products including the $GVC token, G-Swap, G-Sender, staking, the GPAD launchpad, G-Merchant, and forthcoming products such as a wallet and payment card. We may change, pause, or stop any service at any time. Products marked "coming soon" are not yet available and may be delayed, restricted by region, or never launched.

4. Wallets

Some services require a third-party non-custodial wallet. You control your wallet and private keys; we never store or recover them; blockchain transactions are irreversible; you are responsible for your wallet's security.

5. Identity Checks

Some services require identity verification (KYC). You agree to provide accurate information. We may refuse, suspend, or report activity to comply with anti-money-laundering and sanctions laws.

6. Risk

Digital assets are volatile and you may lose some or all of your funds. Smart contracts, networks, and regulations carry risk. We make no guarantee that $GVC or any asset will hold or rise in value.

7. No Advice

Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Do your own research and consult professionals.

8. Staking

Reward rates are variable and not guaranteed and may change. Lock-ups and early-unlock penalties may apply. Participation is at your own risk.

9. Launchpad

Participation may require verification and may be restricted by region. It does not guarantee allocation, token performance, or project success.

10. Card Waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers interest only — it is not a purchase or a guarantee of a card, price, or timeline. Any deposit we may later collect will be refundable, and the card remains subject to regulatory approval and a third-party issuer.

11. Referral Program

Where offered, rewards depend on genuine product activity, not on recruiting others. We make no income guarantees. You must follow all laws and not make misleading or guaranteed-return claims. We may change or end the program and withhold rewards obtained through fraud.

12. Acceptable Use

Don't use the services unlawfully, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt operations, or engage in fraud, money laundering, or manipulation.

13. Intellectual Property

All content and branding belong to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

14. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of funds or profits, indirect damages, or third-party/smart-contract failures. Use is at your own risk.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the relevant GVC service, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.
